2. Work top to bottom! IB splits topics into sub topics where each subtopic builds on top of the last. This is why we have organized quesitons by subtopic. Thus were recommend if you are just starting out, to do questions in order of subtopic so that you can build a strong foundation before moving onto the next. Click answer to reveal the solution!
3. Write down where you finished so you can come and start from where you left off!
4. Screen shot questions you don't understand and save them in a folder to then bring to your teacher/tutor so you can fill the gaps in your knowledge
When you get something wrong:
1. Identify WHY you got it wrong. For Paper 1 your errors can be categorised under the 4 possible mistakes:
M - Maths Error (you did the maths wrong)
A - Application (you did not know how to apply the concept to the given scenario)
R - Read the Question (you understand everything but you read the question wrong)
K - Knowledge (you lack knowledge about a topic)
2. If you figure it out, write down a worked solution for the answer of the question to consolidate knowledge. If you cannot figure it out then take the question to your teacher/tutor.
3. After you finish your studies, write a note to yourself about what you need to do to improve. (May be you need to improve your maths, do more graph problems, revise momentum equations ect.)
